| Abstract: | Spokojení a motivovaní zaměstnanci jsou klíčovým faktorem pro dosažení obchodních a finančních cílů organizace. Pokles spokojenosti a motivace může vést k poklesu produktivity zaměstnanců, a tím pádem i k poklesu celkového výkonu firmy. Cílem práce je zhodnocení úrovně spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu. Sběr informací byl uskutečněn pomocí strukturovaného elektronického dotazníku, který byl rozeslán 348 zaměstnancům společnosti. Z výsledků průzkumu bylo zjištěno, že přibližně dvě třetiny zaměstnanců jsou s prací ve firmě spokojeni. Přesto byly odhaleny slabé stránky, na které by se měl management firmy zaměřit, aby zlepšil spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců, a spolu s tím i celkový výkon firmy, a upevnil tak její postavení na trhu. |

| Abstract: | Satisfied and motivated employees are a key factor in achieving the business and financial goals of an organization. A decrease in satisfaction and motivation can lead to a decrease in employee productivity and thus to a decrease in the overall performance of a company. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the level of satisfaction and motivation of employees in a selected company using quantitative research. The survey was carried out using a structured electronic questionnaire, which was sent to 348 employees of the company. The results of the survey revealed that approximately two-thirds of the employees are satisfied with their work in the company. Nevertheless, some weaknesses were revealed, which the company's management should focus on in order to improve the satisfaction and motivation of employees and thus the company’s overall performance. |
