| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vybudováním datového skladu pro společnost, která se zabývá outsourcingem IT služeb. Datový sklad by měl sloužit jako centrální datový prvek pro reporting v organizaci. Práce má několik cílů, kterými jsou analýza požadavků, návrh architektury řešení, návrh postupu řešení a realizace vybraných kroků z postupu řešení. Teoretická část této práce popisuje hlavní komponenty a architektury oblasti Business Intelligence, které jsou důležité pro pochopení kontextu datového skladu. V rámci teoretické části je také popsán modelovací jazyk ArchiMate, který je použit k modelování architektury navrhovaného řešení. V praktické části je popsán současný stav reportingového řešení ve firmě, popsány byznysové požadavky na řešení, vybrány technologie k realizaci řešení, navrhnuta architektura řešení, navrhnut harmonogram a postup řešení. Z postupu řešení jsou vybrány skupiny činností spojené s přípravou k vývoji řešení a Stage datového skladu. Následně je popsána realizace vybraných skupin činností. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on building a data warehouse for a company specializing in IT services outsourcing. The data warehouse is intended to serve as a central data component for reporting within the organization. The thesis has several objectives, including requirements analysis, solution architecture design, solution implementation procedure design, and implementation of selected steps from the solution implementation procedure. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the main components and architectures of the Business Intelligence field, which are important for understanding the context of a data warehouse. The theoretical part also includes a description of the ArchiMate modelling language, which is used for modelling the architecture of the proposed solution. The practical part describes the current state of the reporting solution in the company, outlines the business requirements for the solution, selects technologies for implementing the solution, proposes the solution architecture, and suggests a schedule and procedure for the solution implementation. From the solution implementation procedure, groups of activities related to solution development preparation and data warehouse staging are chosen. Subsequently, the implementation of the selected groups of activities is described. |
