| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je komplexně analyzovat a objasnit silné a slabé stránky mezinárodních týmů ve srovnání s monokulturními týmy. Poskytuje toto srovnaní v konkrétních dimenzí, a to komunikace, týmové inovace a kreativity, vzniku a řešení konfliktů a celkové výkonnosti a produktivity týmu. Zkoumáním těchto aspektů si práce klade za cíl osvětlit okolnosti, za nichž se vytváření mezinárodních týmů ukazuje jako výhodné jak pro manažery, tak pro organizace. Teoretický základ vychází ze systematického přehledu literatury, zahrnujícího odborné práce, publikované články a elektronické zdroje. Praktická část zahrnuje metodiku kvalitativního výzkumu zahrnující polostrukturované rozhovory s manažery, kteří mají bohaté zkušenosti s vedením mezinárodních týmů, a na základě kterých je analýza provedena. Práce obsahuje také návrh jiných přístupů ke zkoumání a závěr s kompletním shrnutím práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively analyse and clarify the strengths and weaknesses of international teams in comparison to monocultural teams. It provides this comparison in specific dimensions, namely communication, team innovation and creativity, conflict emergence and resolution, and overall team performance and productivity. By examining these aspects, the thesis aims to shed light on the circumstances under which the formation of international teams proves beneficial to both managers and organizations. The theoretical basis is based on a systematic literature review, including scholarly works, published articles and electronic resources. The practical part includes a qualitative research methodology involving semi-structured interviews with managers who have extensive experience of leading international teams, and on which the analysis is based. The thesis also includes a proposal for other approaches to the research and a conclusion with a full summary of the thesis. |
