| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá jazykovou vybaveností jedinců v nejmenované společnosti a jejím dopadem na multikulturní tým. Cílem bylo zjistit a zhodnotit aktuální stav u jednotlivců působících v multikulturním týmu v nejmenované firmě spojený s jejich interakcí a případným vlivem jazykových a jiných bariér. Vyhodnocení a analýza dat proběhla na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondenty s výkonem práce v Praze. Bylo zjištěno, že jazyk komunikace není hlavním ovlivňujícím faktorem. Podstatnějším se jevil přístup každého jedince, kultura a osobní charakteristiky jednotlivců. Na závěr byly formulovány doporučení pro společnost a vedoucí pracovníky. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis examines the language proficiency of individuals in an undisclosed company and its impact on multicultural team. The aim was to identify and assess the current situation among individuals working in a multicultural team within an unnamed company, in relation to their interactions and potential impact of language and other barriers. Evaluation and data analysis were conducted based on semi-structured interviews with respondents working in Prague. It was found that the language of communication is not the primary influencing factor. More significant appeared to be the approach of each individual, along with culture and personal characteristics of the individuals. In conclusion, recommendations were formulated for the company and its management. |
