| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kalkulací na příkladu cukrářského podniku, který se zabývá výrobou dezertů pro vlastní cukrárnu. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat stávající systém kalkulací na základě informací získaných z rozhovorů s vlastníky, analyzovat a navrhnout optimalizační řešení, které představuje nový kalkulační vzorec a poskytnout další doporučení pro účely efektivnějšího manažerského rozhodování a řízení podniku. Navržený kalkulační vzorec byl vytvořen tak, aby byl použitelný pro celý sortiment výroby. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is concerned with calculations on the example of a pastry enterprise that produces desserts for its own pastry store. The main goal of this thesis is to describe the current costing system based on information obtained from interviews with the owners, to analyze and propose an optimization solution that represents a new costing model and to provide further recommendations for the purpose of more effective management decision-making and corporate governance. The proposed calculation model was created to be applicable to the entire range of production. |
