| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti Optomont a.s. pro účely hypotetického prodeje k datu 31. 3. 2023. Práce se zaměřuje na detailní analýzu a ocenění této společnosti. V rámci práce jsou představeny základní informace o společnosti Optomont a.s., včetně historie a oboru podnikání. Dále je provedena strategická analýza společnosti, která se zaměřuje na analýzy výnosového potenciálu podniku, s důrazem na prognózu tržeb a ziskovosti. Finanční analýza zahrnuje analýzu finančních výkazů a klíčových ukazatelů. Dále je provedena analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty, která slouží jako podklad pro metodu oceňování podniku Na základě těchto analýz a dat je sestaven finanční plán pro budoucí období. Ocenění společnosti je provedeno výnosovou metodou, konkrétně metodou DCF Entity, a podpořeno metodou odvětvových multiplikátorů. Výsledkem této práce je odhad intervalu hodnoty společnosti Optomont a.s. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master‘s thesis is to determine the market value of Optomont a.s. for the purposes of a hypothetical sale as of March 31, 2023. The thesis focuses on a comprehensive analysis and valuation of this company. It begins with an introduction to the fundamental information about Optomont a.s., including its history and business sector. Subsequently, a strategic analysis of the company is conducted, emphasizing the examination of the revenue potential of the business, particularly focusing on revenue and profitability forecasts. Furthermore, the financial analysis entails an assessment of the company‘s financial statements and key performance indicators. An analysis and projection of value drivers are period si to serve as the foundation for the valuation method. Based on these analyses and data, a financial plan for future period sis constructed. The company‘s valuation is executed using the income approach, specifically the DCF Entity method, and complemented by industry-specific multiplier methods. The result of this thesis is an estimate of the range of Optomont a.s.‘s value. |
