| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je podnikatelský plán pro mobilní aplikaci sloužící k nákupu či výměně pokojových rostlin od amatérských pěstitelů a vlastníků pokojových rostlin. Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat podnikatelský plán a vyhodnotit realizovatelnost a životaschopnost představeného podnikatelského záměru. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení pojmu podnikání, představuje jednotlivé právní formy podnikání, zdroje financování a charakterizuje podnikatelský plán. Praktická část práce seznamuje čtenáře s vlastním podnikatelským plánem. Obsahem podnikatelského plánu je popis produktu a vlastníka, analýza trhu, zákazníků a konkurence, marketingový plán, finanční plán, SWOT analýza a analýza rizik. Kapitola je zakončena shrnutím podnikatelského záměru prostřednictvím modelu Lean Canvas. Závěr práce se zabývá vyhodnocením realizovatelnosti a životaschopnosti představeného podnikatelského záměru. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is a business plan for a mobile application designated for buying or exchanging houseplants from amateur plant growers and houseplant owners. The aim of the thesis is to develop a business plan and evaluate the feasibility and viability of it. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of the concept of entrepreneurship, the introduction of the different legal forms of entrepreneurship, the sources of financing and the characterization of the business plan. The practical part of the thesis introduces the reader to the business plan. The contents of the business plan include a description of the product and the owner, market, customer and competitor analysis, the marketing plan, the financial plan, the SWOT and risk analysis. The chapter concludes with a summary of the business plan using the Lean Canvas model. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the feasibility and viability of the business plan presented. |
