| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice duševního zdraví zaměstnanců na pracovišti a dostupné podpoře oddělení lidských zdrojů. Práce reaguje na poslední události a trendy, kdy zhoršené duševní zdraví probouzí debaty, ale také mění situaci na trhu práce. Cílem práce je zjištění situace podpory duševního zdraví a celkového blaha zaměstnanců v kancelářích. Výstupem práce jsou mimo jiné také doporučení pro personalisty a organizace při aplikaci nových opatření a programů podpory. Pro získání těchto doporučení byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum ve spolupráci s respondenty z řad personálních pracovníků středních a velkých českých firem. Výsledky zkoumání byly porovnány současnými trendy v HR. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the issue of mental health of employees in the workplace and of the support available from the human resources department. The work responds to the latest events and trends, where impaired mental health awakens debates but also changes the situation on the labour market. The aim of the work is to determine the situation of mental health support and the overall well-being of employees in offices. The output of the work includes, among other things, recommendations for HR professionals and organizations when applying new measures and support programs. To obtain these recommendations, qualitative research was carried out in cooperation with respondents from the HR staff of medium-sized and large Czech companies. The results of the investigation were compared to current trends in HR. |
