| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu 100% podílu společnosti Palírna U Zeleného stromu, a.s. za účelem prodeje či rozhodnutí o strategickém směřování společnosti v budoucnosti. Ocenění je provedeno pro potřeby ultimátního vlastníka a managementu oceňované společnosti k 31.12.2021. Diplomová práce je tradičně rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou nadefinovány základní pojmy a popsány jednotlivé metody a nástroje oceňování, které jsou následně v praktické části aplikovány na oceňovanou společnost. Hlavní metodou ocenění byla zvolena metoda diskontovaných peněžních toků DCF ve variantě entity. Jako doplňkové metody ocenění jsou využity účetní hodnota a metoda srovnatelných podniků. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of 100% of the shares of Palírna U Zeleného stromu, a.s. for the purpose of selling or deciding on the company's strategic direction in the future. The valuation is made for the needs of the ultimate owner and management of the valued company as of 31.12.2021. The thesis is traditionally divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and describes the individual valuation methods and tools, which are later applied to the valued company in the practical part. The main valuation method chosen is the discounted cash flow DCF. The book value and comparable companies are used as additional valuation methods. |
