| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza pojištění majetku obyvatelstva na českém pojistném trhu zejména v oblasti pojištění domácnosti a nemovitosti. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na rozdělení kategorií občanského a majetkového pojištění, vymezení a definici pojištění domácnosti a nemovitosti s doplněním o rozdělení trhu mezi jednotlivými pojišťovnami dle určitých metrik. Prostřední část práce je zaměřena na rozbor problému podpojištění spojeného se současným fenoménem cenové expanze v oblasti nemovitostí. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou pojistných produktů Kooperativa pojišťovny, a. s. v oblasti pojištění majetku a porovnání modelových nabídek pojištění s cílem odhalit nejdůležitější faktory definující cenu pojištění. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the insurance of the citizens' property on the Czech insurance market, especially in the area of household and real property insurance. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the classification of the categories of civil and property insurance, the determination and definition of household and property insurance with the addition of the market segmentation between insurance companies according to certain metrics. The middle part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the problem of underinsurance associated with the current phenomenon of price expansion in the real estate sector. The practical part focuses on the analysis of insurance products of Kooperativa pojišt'ovna, a. s. in the field of property insurance and the comparison of model insurance offers to reveal the most important factors determining the price of the insurance. |
