Cílem práce je vytvořit doporučení pro vybranou firmu ZPA-RP, a.s., která by poskytla přehled toho, co by měla společnost udělat pro větší úspěšnost na evropském trhu. Firma ZPA-RP, a.s., se zabývá softwarovou automatizací průmyslu a má více než dvacetiletou tradici na českém trhu, přičemž by svou působnost chtěla rozšiřovat i na trh zahraniční. V teoretické části se nejprve představuje historie automatizace a motivace firem k automatizaci. Poté následují kapitoly věnované softwarovým řešením pro automatizaci průmyslu, popisu trhu s těmito softwary a na závěr této části je přiblížen mezinárodní trh se službami. V praktické části práce je nejprve popsána činnost společnosti ZPA-RP, a.s., a jsou provedeny analýzy finanční a SWOT. Na základě těchto analýz jsou pro vybranou firmu vytvořena doporučení pro úspěšnější pronikání a expandování na evropském trhu. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of the thesis is to create recommendations for the selected company ZPA-RP, a.s., which would provide an overview of what the company should do for greater success on the European market. The company ZPA-RP, a.s., deals with software automation of industry and has more than twenty years of tradition on the Czech market, while it would like to expand its scope to the foreign market as well. The theoretical part first presents the history of automation and the motivation of companies to automate. This is followed by chapters dedicated to software solutions for industrial automation, a description of the market for these software, and the international services market is presented at the end of this section. In the practical part of the work, the activities of ZPA-RP, a.s. are first described, and financial and SWOT analyzes are performed. Based on these analyses, recommendations are made for the selected company for more successful penetration and expansion in the European market. |
