Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku AML (Anti-Money Laundering) s důrazem na povinnosti bank vůči fyzickým osobám. Jedním z cílů této práce je představit a zhodnotit aktuální právní rámec v České republice. Zároveň se práce zabývá vysvětlením KYC (Know Your Customer) procesu a s tím spojené identifikace a kontroly klienta. V neposlední řadě se bakalářská práce věnuje roli dozorčích orgánů v této problematice a srozumitelně tak tuto problematiku přibližuje veřejnosti. |

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) with an emphasis on the obligations of banks towards natural persons. One of the goals of this thesis is to present and evaluate the current legal framework in the Czech Republic. Additionally, the thesis adresses the explanation of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and the associated client identification and controls. Finally, the bachelor's thesis introduces the role of supervisory authorities in this issue and thus makes this issue more understandable to the public. |
