| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit působení vybrané odborové organizace, konkrétně Odborového sdružení železničářů (OSŽ), u společnosti České dráhy, a.s. Zkoumána přitom byla celá řada faktorů, ať už se jednalo o výhody plynoucí zaměstnancům z podnikové kolektivní smlouvy, spokojenost členů s činností OSŽ či s výsledky kolektivního vyjednávání. Teoretická část práce napomáhá k hlubšímu porozumění role odborových organizací v pracovněprávních vztazích, a dále představuje oblast kolektivního vyjednávání. Praktická část nejprve prezentuje výsledky analýzy podnikové kolektivní smlouvy ČD uzavřené pro rok 2024. Vyhodnocení spokojenosti členů a dalších aspektů činnosti odborové organizace probíhalo na základě dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce jsou představeny konkrétní návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly pomoci zlepšit činnost OSŽ u Českých drah. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis aims to evaluate the impact of a selected trade union organization - Czech Railway Workers' Trade Union (OSŽ) at the company České dráhy, a.s. Many different factors were examined, including the benefits for the employees stemming from the Collective Agreement, members' satisfaction with the activities of the OSŽ and with the outcomes of collective bargaining. The theoretical part of the thesis contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of trade union organizations in labour relations and further introduces the area of collective bargaining. The practical part first presents the results of the analysis of the ČD's Collective Agreement concluded for 2024. The evaluation of members' satisfaction and other aspects of the OSŽ activities was based on a questionnaire survey. Finally, suggestions and recommendations are presented that could help improve the activities of the OSŽ at České dráhy. |
