Diplomová práce se zabývala analýzou onboardingového procesu ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce byla identifikace potřeb zaměstnanců v oblasti adaptace a zmapování faktorů ovlivňující účinnost onboardingového programu. V teoretické části byl definován teoretický rámec a charakterizovány základní koncepce a pojmy dotýkající se oblasti zvolené problematiky. Praktická část sloužila k zhodnocení problematiky skrze výzkum smíšené metodiky založený na analýze podnikové dokumentace a kvalitativních rozhovorech. Na základě výzkumu došlo ke zhodnocení a shrnutí získaných výsledků a společně s poznatky z teorie byla navržena doporučení pro optimalizaci onboardingového procesu a zvýšení jeho účinnosti. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis analyzed the onboarding process in a selected company. The aim of the thesis was to identify the needs of employees in the area of adaptation and to map the factors influencing the effectiveness of the onboarding program. In the first part, the theoretical framework was defined and the basic concepts and terms relevant to the chosen issue were characterized. The practical part aimed to evaluate the issue through research based on the analysis of company documentation and qualitative interviews. Based on the research, the results obtained were evaluated and summarized. Along with the findings from the theoretical framework, recommendations were proposed to optimize the onboarding process and increase its efficiency. |
