| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním role umělé inteligence (AI) v managementu a identifikací nových podnikatelských příležitostí, které tato technologie nabízí. V teoretické části jsou nejprve představeny základní koncepty AI, včetně klíčových technologií jako jsou strojové učení, hluboké učení a zpracování přirozeného jazyka. Dále práce popisuje tradiční a moderní přístupy v managementu a zkoumá, jak AI transformuje manažerské procesy. V praktické části je pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů s manažery a dotazníkového šetření analyzována adopce AI v managementu, identifikovány hlavní výzvy a zkoumány podnikatelské příležitosti, které AI nabízí. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is concerned exploring the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in management and the opportunities that this technology brings. The theoretical part first introduces the basic concepts of AI, including key technologies such as machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing. The thesis then describes traditional and modern approaches in management and explores how AI is transforming management processes. In the practical part, the adoption of AI in management is analysed using in-depth interviews with managers and a questionnaire survey, identifying the main challenges and exploring the business opportunities that AI offers. |
