Rusko-ukrajinská válka znamenala pro finanční instituce významné výzvy, které si vyžádaly strategické rozhodování, aby byla zajištěna odolnost a provozní kontinuita. Tento výzkum zkoumá strategické reakce PrivatBank, významné ukrajinské banky, během tohoto období konfliktu. Analýza klíčových témat, jako jsou finanční dopady, provozní výzvy, regulační změny, personální řízení, využití fintech a mezinárodní spolupráce, si studie klade za cíl poskytnout komplexní pohled na strategie banky pro zvládání válečných potřeb. Data byla shromažďována prostřednictvím strukturovaných průzkumů a kvalitativních rozhovorů se zástupci PrivatBank se zaměřením na jejich zkušenosti a strategické reakce. Zjištění odhalují kritické oblasti, na které se banka zaměřuje, včetně diverzifikace služeb, investic do technologií a lepšího dodržování předpisů. Tento výzkum přispívá k pochopení toho, jak mohou banky rozvíjet odolnost a strategickou prozíravost tváří v tvář geopolitickým krizím. |

The Russian-Ukrainian war has posed significant challenges to financial institutions, necessitating strategic decision-making to ensure resilience and operational continuity. This research examines the strategic responses of PrivatBank, a major Ukrainian bank, during this period of conflict. By analyzing key themes such as financial impacts, operational challenges, regulatory changes, personnel management, fintech utilization, and international collaboration, the study aims to provide comprehensive insights into the bank's strategies for navigating wartime exigencies. Data was collected through structured surveys and qualitative interviews with PrivatBank representatives, focusing on their experiences and strategic responses. The findings reveal critical areas of focus for the bank, including diversification of services, investment in technology, and enhanced regulatory compliance. This research contributes to understanding how banks can develop resilience and strategic acumen in the face of geopolitical crises. |
