| Abstract: | The paper describes the market environment in the field of wind energy. Its aim is to evaluate a concrete investment project of a wind turbine from an investor's point of view. The investor assesses a potential construction of a wind turbine through considering experts's judgments. As an example, three different variations of financing were chosen.
