Impact of hybridization on organizations

The aim of the thesis is to find out what effect the implementation of the hybrid workplace has on employers and employees. The data was obtained through interviews with company managers and a questionnaire aimed at rank-and-file employees in companies allowing a hybrid form of employment. Both of these data sets were then used to triangulate the knowledge of the impact on employees and employers. The topic of hybridization is relatively new, rapidly changing implementations respond to new knowledge found in practice. Further research in this area is desirable, as the hybrid form of employment is already entering the legislation and in the future may become the majority form of employment in the modern world. The diploma thesis discusses the conducted research, its interpretation and the observed effects, and also indicates possible further directions of investigation.
