| Abstract: |
Tato práce si klade za cíl zmapovat využití AI a jaký může mít vliv na chod podniků. V literární rešerši je AI a automatizace přiblížena převážně ze sociálního hlediska, kde pojednává o možnostech jejího využití, akceptaci AI ve firmách, jejích úskalích a možné nezaměstnanosti vyvolané AI. V empirické části se tato práce zaměřuje převážně na zkoumání postojů aktivně pracující populace k možnému nasazení AI do jejich odvětví. V této práci je zahrnut kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkum, který byl proveden na základě dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky k telekomunikačním odvětví. Úkolem je odpovědět na vytyčené výzkumné otázky. Spojením výzkumných otázek a výzkumnými metodami je zjištěn a porovnán postoj pracujících lidí k umělé inteligenci a jakým způsobem může ovlivnit chod podniku. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis aims to map the use of AI and how it can affect the operation of businesses. The literature review approaches AI and automation mainly from a social perspective, discussing the possibilities of its use, the acceptance of AI in firms, its pitfalls and possible unemployment induced by AI. In the empirical part, this paper focuses mainly on exploring the attitudes of the active working population towards the possible deployment of AI in their industries. This thesis includes quantitative and qualitative research that was conducted through a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with senior executives from the telecommunications industry. The objective is to answer a set of research questions. By combining the research questions and research methods, the attitude of working people towards artificial intelligence and how it can affect the operation of a business is identified and compared. |
