| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provést komplexní analýzu česko-izraelských vztahů, přičemž se zaměřuje na období od roku 1990 až po současnost. Práce sleduje, jak historické události podmiňovaly tyto bilaterální vztahy a jaké faktory odlišují vztahy České republiky s Izraelem od vztahů k jiným státům. První část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení tématu a jeho kontextualizaci v rámci mezinárodních vztahů. Druhá část se věnuje identifikaci základních charakteristik obou států na základě pěti klíčových atributů ovlivňujících zahraniční politiku a provádí jejich komparaci, která představují základní východiska pro česko-izraelské vztahy. Třetí část zachycuje historický vývoj česko-izraelských vztahů a zdůrazňuje klíčové milníky, které ovlivnily vzájemné vztahy. Poslední kapitola této práce, vycházející z historické analýzy, podrobně zkoumá vztahy mezi Českou republikou a Izraelem od roku 1990 až po současnost. Tato analýza zahrnuje politické, ekonomické, kulturní a další faktory, které ovlivňují dynamiku a určují současnou podobu česko-izraelských vztahů. Na základě získaných poznatků pak práce v závěru nabízí prostor pro další zkoumání či diskusi, která by mohla dále rozvíjet zkoumané téma. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Czech-Israeli relations, focusing on the period from 1990 to the present. The thesis examines how historical events have conditioned these bilateral relations and what factors distinguish the Czech Republic's relations with Israel from those with other states. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical definition of the topic and its contextualization within the framework of international relations. The second part identifies the basic characteristics of the two states based on five key attributes influencing foreign policy and conducts their comparison, which forms the basis for Czech-Israeli relations. The third section traces the historical development of Czech-Israeli relations and highlights key milestones that have influenced the relationship. The last chapter of this thesis, based on a historical analysis, examines in detail the relations between the Czech Republic and Israel from 1990 to the present. This analysis includes political, economic, cultural and other factors that influence the dynamics and determine the current form of Czech-Israeli relations. Based on the findings, the thesis then offers space for further research or discussion that could further develop this topic. |
