| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá behaviorálními financemi a vlivem psychologických jevů na investiční rozhodování drobných investorů v České republice. Teoretická část práce představuje srovnání tradiční finanční teorie s behaviorálním pří-stupem, který do finančního rozhodování zahrnuje psychologické a sociální faktory. Pozornost je věnována nejčastějším kognitivním zkreslením, mezi něž patří přehnaná sebedůvěra, averze ke ztrátě, ukotvení či stádové chování. Dále popisuje rozdíly v investičním chování mezi pohlavími a spekulační bubliny včetně příkladů bublin z praxe. Praktická část práce se opírá o kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi drobnými investory v ČR. Cílem výzkumu je identifikovat, jaké psychologické faktory ovlivňují jejich investiční rozhodování a do jaké míry se tyto jevy v praxi projevují. Získané výsledky přispívají k hlubšímu porozumění investičního chování v českém prostředí a mohou sloužit jako podklad pro zvýšení efektivity investičního poradenství a finančního vzdělání. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis deals with behavioral finance and the influence of psychological phenomena on the investment decision-making of retail investors in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis presents a comparison between traditional financial theory and the behavioral approach, which incorporates psychological and social factors into financial decision-making. Particular attention is given to common cognitive biases, including overconfidence, loss aversion, anchoring, and herding behavior. The thesis also describes differences in investment behavior between genders and spekulative bubbles, including real-world examples. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey among retail investors in the Czech Republic. The aim of the research is to identify which psychological factors influence their investment decisi-ons and to what extent these phenomena manifest in practice. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of investor behavior in the Czech Republic and may serve as a basis for enhancing the effectiveness of investment advisory services and financial education. |
