Automotive Dealer Network and Electric Mobility

The target of the thesis consists of a proposal to the Dealer Network Strategy Department of a global player in the automotive industry. The proposition contains an estimate number of electric dealerships in a determined country where electric vehicles of this manufacturer will be available in the near future. An adequate research and utilization of data is ensured with the help of diverse tools. Moreover, developed recommendations are derived by means of a case comparison and scenario analyses. The thesis is concluded by a management matrix that outlines the proposed development of electric dealers within the focus period of 2013 until 2021.
