Thesis contains analysis of insolvency procedures concerning legal entities in The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. It also compares general approach how to deal with insolvency for both countries. Thesis contains thoughts de lege ferenda in particular that would lead to higher efficiency of both processes. |
