The thesis was elaborated on the topic of job satisfaction. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the collected data and find out the level of employee satisfaction in the accounting company. For this reason, the analysis itself is preceded by a theoretical survey and mapping of professional literature, which deals with the concept of job satisfaction and associated terms such as motivation and performance. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the methodological part, in which the partial objectives and research questions are formulated. It also identifies the basic methods that will guide job satisfaction research. At the beginning of the practical part, the company is introduced. Based on the information collected through an interview with the owner and her representative and a questionnaire survey, the actual job satisfaction analysis was carried out. Subsequently, according to the evaluated data, proposals for recommendations in the area of improving employee satisfaction are set.
