Business Plan: Ecologika mobile app

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is to create a detailed business plan for the start-up mobile application Ecologika, which will operate in the Czech consumer market. The thesis is divided in two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part provides the insights into the creation of a business plan and its structure. The practical part is comprised by a business plan detailing the operations, business model and business strategy of the Ecologika App. This business plan serves as a research tool for the viability of the business model envisioned for the Ecologika mobile application and its findings will be used to further develop on it.
