Subsequently, the characteristics of data analysis are described, including descriptive data analysis and data visualization using Microsoft Power BI. The work also examines the analysis of relationships between variables and their significance for measuring user satisfaction. In the next section, the work focuses on measuring user satisfaction at ŠKODA AUTO, including the objectives and importance of measuring employee satisfaction. Topics such as data anonymization and an overview of employee applications used in the analysis are also discussed. Within the specifics of the final work, the objectives, research questions, hypotheses, and selection and characteristics of the sample of respondents are outlined. Further, the acquisition of data is described, including data collection methods, satisfaction measurement methodology, and management and storage of the acquired data. In the last part of the work, a statistical analysis of the data and its significance for the final managerial output is performed. Hypotheses and their testing are described, as well as the role of statistical measurements in creating recommendations for application improvement. The work also deals with sharing data with others and the simplicity of deployment, including processing data into a report and sharing results with management and employees. In conclusion, the work summarizes the main findings, results, and recommendations for measuring user satisfaction in corporate applications. The work demonstrates how data analysis and the correct metrics can help organizations better understand user needs and improve user experience within employee applications. Thanks to this approach, companies can achieve higher employee satisfaction and increase the efficiency of working with their applications. |
