The aim of the bachelor thesis is to make recommendations to improve the reward system in a selected company. In the practical part, through quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire and qualitative research in the form of interviews, the level of employee satisfaction with the current reward system is determined and its strengths and weaknesses are identified. It was found that the part-time workers are motivated by the current system in the company and mostly satisfied with it, but the system of their rewards still contains shortcomings, in particular, it is not well communicated. Full-time employees in the company are more satisfied with the current system than ever before, but they are still offered insufficient benefits and educational opportunities, and there is also a problematic lack of recognition. Recommendations are made to address these shortcomings. |
