| Abstrakt: | Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat problematiku investování do automobilů a porovnat jej s jinými investičními možnostmi. V této práci se zaměřuji na to, co je to investování a rozděluji jednotlivé investiční instrumenty dle jejich vlastností, které dále specifikuji. Analyzuji, v čem spočívá investování do automobilů a jeho historii, pro jakého investora je to vhodné a následně rozděluji tento typ investování na přímí a nepřímí. Nejprve se věnuji přímé investici do automobilů a analyzuji její charakter, parametry pro výběr investičního vozidla, co je to vlastně investiční automobil a jak se liší od běžných vozidel, jaké jsou náklady a rizika spojená s investováním do vozidel. Zkoumám výnosnost investování do automobilů a porovnávám ji s jinými typy investic a ukazuji vybraná investiční vozidla. Po přímé metodě investování do aut se věnuji té nepřímé. Analyzuji její výhody a nevýhody a jednotlivé typy nepřímých automobilových investic. Následně provádím porovnání výnosnosti oproti jiným investičním instrumentům. Nakonec porovnám obě kategorie investování do automobilů mezi sebou. |

| Abstrakt: | The objective of the bachelor thesis is to examine the issue of investing in cars and compare it with other investment options. In this thesis, I focus on what investing is and classify the different investment instruments according to their characteristics, which I further specify. I analyze what automobile investing consists of and its history, for which kind of investor it is suitable, and then I divide this type of investing into direct and indirect. I first discuss direct investment in automobiles and analyze its nature, the parameters for selecting an investment vehicle, what an investment vehicle actually is and how it differs from conventional vehicles, and the costs and risks associated with investing in vehicles. I examine the returns on investing in cars and compare them with other types of investment and show the investment vehicles selected. After the direct method of investing in cars, I discuss the indirect method. I analyse its advantages and disadvantages and the different types of indirect car investments. I then make a comparison of returns against other investment instruments. Finally, I compare the two categories of car investing with each other. |
