| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce představuje čtenáři problematiku transferových cen se zaměřením na vnitroskupinové služby s nízkou přidanou hodnotou. V teoretické části této bakalářské práce je čtenář seznámen s mezinárodní a českou právní úpravou transferových cen, principem tržního odstupu a nejběžnějšími metodami pro jejich určení. Jak již z názvu této práce vyplývá, tato práce je zaměřena na transakci zapůjčené pracovní síly, pro kterou je také v praktické části určována transferová cena dle vhodných metod. Použité metody jsou následně srovnány a je doporučena nejvhodnější z nich. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis introduces the reader to the issue of transfer pricing with a focus on intragroup services with low added value. In the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis, the reader is acquainted with the international and Czech legislation of transfer pricing, the arm´s length principle and the most common methods for their determination. As the title of this thesis implies, this work is focused on the transaction of borrowed labor, for which the transfer price is also determined in the practical part according to appropriate methods. The methods used are then compared and the most suitable one is recommended. |
