| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá daňovou a účetní problematikou České republiky a Itálie. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá účetními systémy obou zemí, které jsou poté srovnány jak z teoretického hlediska, tak z hlediska praktického v podobě porovnání účetních závěrek vybraných společností. V druhé části jsou popsány daňové systémy. Práce se podrobněji zaměřuje na přímé daně, nepřímé daně jsou zmíněny spíše okrajově. K praktickému srovnání je vybráno zdanění mezd italského a českého zaměstnance. Závěr práce shrnuje některé rozdíly účetních i daňových systémů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on tax and accounting specifics of the Czech Republic and Italy. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the accounting systems of both countries, which are then compared both from a theoretical point of view and from a practical point of view in the form of a comparison of the financial statements of selected companies. The second part describes the tax systems. The thesis focuses in more detail on direct taxes, indirect taxes are mentioned rather marginally. The taxation of the wages of Italian and Czech employees is chosen for practical comparison. The conclusion summarizes some of the differences between accounting and tax systems. |
