To přirozeně ovlivnilo každodenní provoz všech podniků a řízení lidských zdrojů není výjimkou. |

Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the factors that, according to foreign workers, influence the adaptation process in an international organization. The research is focused not only on working conditions but also on social conditions, which equally affect the overall adaptation of the expatriate in the new organization and the host country. Two host countries were chosen for the thesis: the Czech Republic and Germany. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is mainly devoted to explaining the necessary terms to understand the topic. The practical part is based on qualitative research with a focus on semi-structured interviews. In the era of globalization, the movement of people and technology across borders has become more widespread than ever before. This has naturally affected the day-to-day operations of all businesses, and human resource management is no exception. Diversity can bring benefits to both businesses and their employees. However, to release the real potential that foreign employees bring, it is necessary to consciously manage cultural and social differences and find ways to improve work in an international environment. |
