| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zjištěním, jaké dopady měla opatření nařízená proti šíření onemocnění Covid-19 na centra čtyř vybraných měst. Ke zjištění je proveden terénní výzkum přímo na náměstích a porovnání struktury provozoven před vypuknutím pandemie se stavem v únoru 2023. Dále jsou provedeny rozhovory s lidmi, kteří vybraná města dobře znají a se zástupci vybraných měst. Sledován je také vývoj sald rozpočtů vybraných měst před pandemií Covid-19 a během ní. Na závěr jsou zjištění shrnuta a na základě dosažených výsledků a příkladů dobré praxe navržena opatření pro samosprávy, jak snížit negativní dopady opatření. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with finding out the impact of measures implemented to prevent the spread of Covid-19 disease on the centres of four selected towns. To find out, field research is conducted directly in the squares, comparing the structure of establishments before the outbreak of the pandemic with the state in February 2023. Furthermore, interviews are conducted with people who know the selected towns well and with representatives from the municipal authorities of the selected towns. The development of the budget balances of the selected towns before and during the Covid-19 pandemic is also observed. At the end, the findings are summarized and based on the results and examples of good practice, measures are proposed for municipalities to reduce the negative impacts of the measures. |
