Public space and cycling infrastructure of the town Trnava

Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat možnosti a limity dalšího rozvoje cyklistické infrastruktury v Trnavě. Práce se zabývá nejen současným stavem, ale snaží se rovněž získat přehled o možnostech dlouhodobého rozvoje cyklistické dopravy ve městě, a to na základě poznatků ze zahraniční praxe cyklistických měst a s ohledem na omezení, která představuje stávající legislativní rámec zkoumaného prostředí.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the possibilities and limits of further development of cycling infrastructure in Trnava. The thesis not only addresses the current situation, but also tries to gain an overview of the possibilities for the long-term development of the city’s cycling transport, by drawing knowledge from international practices of cycling cities and by approaching the constraints posed by the existing legislative framework of the environment under study.
