| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro rodinnou firmu v chemickém průmyslu na základě teoretických a metodologických východisek a ověřit jeho životaschopnost. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a na praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní terminologické pojmy – podnikání, podnikatel a podnik. Dále je vypracována struktura podnikatelského plánu. V rámci teoretické části jsou formulovány metody a techniky práce – PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a SWOT analýza. V praktické části je na základě poznatků z teoretické části vypracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán firmy Redrako – recyklace drahých kovů. Součástí plánu je popis podnikatelské příležitosti, Lean Canvas, analýza trhu, marketingový mix, finanční plán, který obsahuje počáteční rozvahu, výkaz zisku a ztráty a výkaz cash flow. Na závěr je tento plán zhodnocen. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master thesis is to create a business plan for a family business in the chemical industry that is based on theoretical and methodological foundations and to verify its viability. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic terminological concepts – entrepreneurship, entrepreneur and enterprise. Furthermore, the structure of the business plan is elaborated on. Within the theoretical part, methods and techniques of the thesis are also formulated – PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis. In the practical part of the thesis, based on the findings from the theoretical part, a concrete business plan of Redrako – a precious metal recycling company is developed. The plan includes a description of the business opportunity, Lean Canvas, market analysis, marketing mix, financial plan which includes a balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow statement. This plan is then evaluated at the end. |
