| Abstract: | Pandemie COVID-19 přivedla digitální technologie v oblasti zdravotnictví do popředí zájmu. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl hlouběji porozumět záměrům pacientů ve využití vzdálené konzultace. Kombinace upraveného UTUAT mode-lu a discrete choice experimentu přináší ucelený pohled na českého pacienta a jeho postoj k telemedicíně. Byly zjištěny významné, přímé a pozitivní účinky očekáváného výkonu, důvěry a očekávané snadnosti použití na behaviorální záměr využívat vzdálené konzultace u lékaře. Výsledky DCE odhalily silnou pre-ferenci vlastního praktického lékaře při rozhodování o budoucí konzultaci zdra-votního vztahu. Závěry diplomové práce mohou být použity k pochopení potřeb pacienta a realizaci potřebných kroků k masové adopci telemedicíny. Poskytují doporučení pro návrh strategií přijetí telemedicíny, které zajistí úspěšnou adopci pacienty. |

| Abstract: | The COVID-19 pandemic has brought digital technologies to the forefront of healthcare. This thesis aims to gain a deeper understanding of patient intentions in the use of remote healthcare consultation. The combination of a modified UTUAT model and a discrete choice experiment provides a comprehensive view of the Czech patient and their attitude towards telemedicine. Significant, direct, and positive effects of expected performance, trust, and expected ease of use on behavioral intention to use remote consultation with a physician were found. The DCE results revealed a strong preference for one's own GP when deciding on a future healthcare consultation. The thesis findings can be used to understand patient needs and implement the necessary steps to mass adoption of telemedicine. |
