| Abstrakt: | Diplomová práce se zabývá nově zaváděným systémem kategorizace a certifikace organizací destinačního managementu v České republice. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení požadavků, které systém kategorizace a certifikace klade na organizace destinačního managementu a dále určení přínosů, rizik a nevýhod, které nový systém přináší. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy týkající se tématu a popsán současný stav destinačního managementu. Druhá část popisuje implementační plán a hodnotí možnost plnění stanovených kritérií. Naplnění hlavního cíle práce je dosaženo prostřednictvím analýzy dokumentů popisujících nový systém kategorizace a certifikace a zohledněním poznatků, komentářů a zkušeností z praxe. |

| Abstrakt: | The diploma thesis deals with the new system of categorization and certification of destination management organizations in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the requirements that the new system of categorization and certification places on destination management organizations and to determine the benefits, risks and disadvantages that the system brings. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts related to the topic are described as well as the current state of the destination management. The second part desribes the implementation plan and considers the ability to meet the criteria for certification. The goal of the work is achieved by analyzing documents describing the new system of categorization and certification and taking into account the opinions and experiences of professionals. |
