Abstrakt: | This Bachelor Thesis focuses on the corporate culture of the Private Joint Stock Company “NKMZ”. The goal of the thesis is to determine system of corporate culture of an industrial enterprise in the modern world, its problems, as well as possible ways of its improvement. The method of the research is an analytical study with deductive approach. The Bachelor's work is divided into four parts. First two parts are theoretical. The third part is an analysis of the current state of the corporate culture of the enterprise, as well as methods and possible ways for improving the current policy, using knowledge of such disciplines as Business Ethics and Management. The output and conclusions of the research activity are presented in the final part of the thesis. The result of this thesis is the measures to improve the existing corporate culture that can be used in practice by managers of different departments in the process of effective enterprise management. |
